This lovely two bedroom, two bathroom villa has long been a favourite on Anguilla but has had a lovely facelift in 2011 and is one again ready for occupancy.
An open concept main room open to the pool and all of the prevailing winds makes this villa extra special. Perfect for a couple or two and small families.....it is warm and welcoming. The main room has spacious and comfy seating for enjoying the views or catching up with friends. There is a dining area and full kitchen.

Wrap around windows let the breeze and view in, and from anywhere in the room you have beautiful ocean and pool views.

The master has air conditioning, en suite bathroom with shower, and walk outs to the pool deck. There is a king size bed with tropically inspired linens.

Bedroom II has two twins or a king size bed, its own bathroom nearby with shower, air conditioning and a walkout to the pool deck.

This villa sits high overlooking St. Martin, Little Harbour Bay and offers much privacy. It is a short drive to the valley for provisioning, and centrally located to get to many beaches.

Policies

A 50% deposit to secure your reservation is required. Final payment must be made 60 days prior to arrival and refunds are possible if cancellation is provided more than 60 days prior to arrival. We recommend insurance for your villa stay.
