Two bedrooms with queen size beds upstairs, along with sitting room with flat screen tv. One bathroom has a tub, the other a walk in shower. There are walk in cupboards in both, and addl storage room on second floor.

Rent: 1500US per month plus electricity and cable - based on 12 month rentals
Shorter 2-3 month stays are agreeable and rate will be based on time of year
