Shutters sits on Anguilla's coastline overlooking St. Martin and the ocean channel. Steps from the pool deck you will find you own small beach, and a few steps over the rocking outcropping, Sandy Point -- superb for sunbathing, swimming and strolling. The location is divine and this wonderful beach house is perfect backdrop for your perfect days in Anguilla.

Enter through natural gardens into the living area and a spectacular waterfront terrace and pool. The view is spectacular. The furnishings are simple and beach house inspired. You can fail to relax as soon as you set your bags down and have your first cool beverage.

A wonderfully well equipped kitchen and outdoor dining area complete the public rooms of the villa. Oh, almost forgot...an air conditioned media room which can double as an extra sleeping area is available as well.

Four bedrooms all on the main level for ease of access with no stairs are located throughout the property. They open on to pool areas and gardens.

All bedrooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans. All have ensuites with showers. The master has an outdoor shower, and ensuite and walks out to the pool deck. The second bedroom which is only slightly smaller than the master also has a walk out to the deck.

The two addl bedrooms have walk outs to the garden but still have beautiful ocean views.

The irregular shapped pool is large and completely surrounded with Brazilian wood decks....the vista that awaits you is spectacular.

Policies

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Refunds, less 100US are extended if cancellation is received more than 60 days prior to arrival. Holiday bookings require payment in full. Credit cards are excepted and insurance is recommended.
