Bookings
All booking are based on a 7 night stay, Saturday to Saturday (flexibility to this can be discussed)
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm a booking
Balance of the full amount is required 60 days prior to arrival date
A security deposit of 25% of the total invoice is required.
If Chef Service is requested a further deposit may be required.

Cancellation policy
60 days prior to arrival - no refund
90 days prior to arrival - 25% refund
More than 90 days prior to arrival - 50% refund.

Services
We have a manager on call 24 hours, plus 4 full time staff
Our concierge will meet and greet, arrange all spa facilities, tennis coaching at the villa, boat trips, horse riding and much more.
We provide full laundry service
We provide full maid service - pool and garden (turndown service on request)
Babysitting can be arranged on request
Chef and Dining Services:
Executive Chef George Reid - Daily Rate $500
George Reid is Anguilla’s finest Chef. He trained at Cinnamon Reef, set up the famous Koal Keel Restaurant and was Executive Chef at Cap Juluca for many years. Recently he designed & opened an award winning restaurant in St Kitts – the Beach House. He has now returned home to Anguilla and we are very proud to offer his services as Little Harbour Estates Executive Chef. Chef Reid will discuss your needs and depending on the size and demands of your group he will bring in the appropriate staff. They will be charged at the following rates:

Chef – Patrick Carty - $35 per hour
Butler – $20 an hour
Kitchen Assistant - $20 per hour
Server/Waitress - $15 per hour
Clean up - $12 per hour
Please note there is a 15% charge added to cost of food for shopping and wine provisioning.

Other Services on request:
Tennis Pro/coaching using the Anguilla Tennis Academy - from $85 per hour
Massage or fitness training with Cardigan Connor - $120 to $150 per 50 minute session (additional therapists sourced as requested)
Manicures and Pedicures from $65 a treatment
Security guard (10pm til 6am) - $15 an hour
Horseriding - $85 an hour
Babysitter - $15 an hour
Transportation - Taxi transfers from Sea or Airports, Car Hire, Boat Trips, Plane Trips and visits to neighbouring islands - prices on request
