Policies

Rates are for up to two persons in a one bedroom suite and four persons in a 2 bedroom unit. A daily charge for one extra person is US$50. A maximum 4 persons in all units is permitted.

A 10% government tax and 10% service charge (in lieu of gratuities) and a government levy of US$1 per person, per night are included in the price quoted, unless otherwise noted.

Children under 12 welcome free of charge in shared accommodation. Crib rental US$30.00 per night.

Cash, Credit Cards, wire transfers, and bank drafts accepted.

Credit card details are required to process a reservation. A one night deposit for each room reserved is required to guarantee a reservation of one or two nights only. Bookings longer than two nights require a 50% deposit to guarantee the reservation. Deposits are refundable less US$50 cancellation fee if received in writing 30 days prior to arrival. Deposits are forfeited if notification is not received within the cancellation period. The deposit is credited to the confirmed period of time. Balance due upon check-in.

No-shows and abbreviated reservations will be charged for the entire reservation.

No pets allowed, however certified Service Animals are accepted on a request basis. All suites and units are NON-SMOKING.
