Policies

A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation. Full and final payment including all taxes & service must be received by the owner or their representative at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposits are refundable in full (less US$100.00 administration fee) if notice of cancellation is received by the owner or their agent in writing at least 45 days prior to the guests scheduled date of arrival. Deposits are non-refundable if notice of cancellation is received by the owner or their agent in writing less than 45 days prior to the guests schedule date of arrival. All Peak Season (20 December - 6 January) bookings are completely non-refundable.

The owner or their agent reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date. There will be no refunds made for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.

We recommend that the Renter purchase travel insurance available through travel agents and insurance companies.
