They have pleasant views over sxm and are centrally located.

Monthly rate is 3000US plus electricity - 3 bedrooms
2500US plus electricity - 2 bedrooms

Nightly rate is 300US includes utilities

There is cable and internet already in the units and you will need to get a cell phone for your stay or get a phone line connected.
