This lovely property is on Anguilla's southern coast overlooking often tranquil Elsie Bay. Its a lovely and small sheltered bay and the villa enjoys much privacy and still only a short stroll across the rocky outcropping to the beach. And now there is a platform and ladder in front of the villa for water access.

The living area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying your stay with friends and family. It opens out onto an extensive deck and pool area with lounging chairs, chaise lounges and a covered dining area. Enjoy the relaxing breezes through the day and night.



A fully equipped kitchen is a wonderful addition to this already perfect villa. Whether you are planning to take advantage of a little extra time in your day to prepare wonderful meals for your party, or simply to prepare a light snack....this kitchen has it all.





The villa has three bedrooms, all with enuites and walk outs to balconies, that adjoin the pool or garden area.

Master Bedroom 1 has a walkout to a balcony that adjoins the pool area. It has a private ensuite with outdoor and indoor shower, double sink and make up area.





Master Bedroom 2 has a lovely private balcony that walks out to the garden area. It has an ensuite with tub, indoor and out door shower.







Bedroom 3has two twins which can be outfitted as a king. It has an ensuite with shower, writing desk.





Bedroom 4 has a queen size bed, ensuite, kitchen and sitting area with TV. It has a private entrance and is on the seaside level of the villa.


All bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a television in the living area, and an extra tv is available for bedroom installation.

A rental sedan is included in the nightly rate. SUV's and Vans are available for a small extra fee.
