On Friday August 27th, at the Albena Lake Hodge Comprehensive School (ALHCS) Campus B, the Community Relations Department of the Royal Anguilla Police Force and a number of community workers, hosted the fourth annual Youth Development Program. With the Minister of Education, the Hon. Edison Baird, as well as the Commissioner of Police, Rudolph Proctor, and the Principal of Campus B, Principal Ingrid Lake,in attendance, the chairman of the ceremony, Police Constable Wills, said, “The Youth Development Program was created in 2006 with the aim of prioritizing the major issues of crime, drugs and disorderly behavior especially those involving young people”.
